Mixed Media Canvas ‘Abundance of Color’

Hello, friends!

I am happy to welcome to one of my most favorite classes! I love everything about Mixed Media and about the bright colors. So here we are!

I think it’s quite simple to sprinkle the background with a few sprays and sometimes it’s exactly what you need. But in this class I would like to show you how to create a complicated background rich with the small details and touches.

The canvas size in my video is 8″ by 12″ (20cm*30cm). The photos are 3″ by 3.9″ (10cm * 7,5cm). As we are going to have a very bright project I suggest taking black-and-white photos.

Time to watch the video. Put a notebook in font of you and write down the ideas you like or the ideas you may get. Write down tips and questions. Observe, not just watch

As a first step you need to decide on your composition, maybe show it to me. Only after you are sure about it you can start working with the paints.
